FAQs
ACCOMMODATION: EXTRA NIGHTS
It is usually possible for a few delegates to arrive a night early or stay the night after the Course - please contact the course organiser or complete the section in the registration form.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation of a registration for the VTI Course incurs an administration charge of 15% if notification is received , in writing on or before Monday, 23 August. No refund of the registration fee is available after this date . An alternative delegate can be sent at any time at no additional charge; please advise of any changes .
DRESS
Dress is informal. Sometimes people like to dress up for the Course Dinner, which is a special meal: lounge suit rather than black tie, any evening wear for ladies.

The Reception Buffet on Tuesday evening will run until 2100 hours. If you arrive after that, you will be able to find something to eat in a nearby restaurant.
You should arrive at the College before 1200 midnight. If you are not able to register on Tuesday afternoon or on Wednesday morning, your badge etc will be left for you outside the auditorium, on the first floor of the Queen's Building.
PARKING
Difficult and expensive - we don't recommend coming by car! Detailed information about parking can be found on our Travel Info page. You can see where the city car parks are located on this map.

Please let us know if you need a special diet, and we will do our best to arrange a good combination of dishes for you.
