Accommodation for the VTI Course
IN COLLEGE
Standard accommodation will be in single study-bedrooms at Emmanuel College. These rooms, which are student accommodation during the academic year, are more basic than most hotels. The College environment is normally very peaceful, with few students present in early September, though many of the dons will be working in College and continuing in residence. While we would encourage you to stay in College, and do not expect that you will have much need of your room other than to park your case and to sleep, you may choose to stay in a hotel in the city.
The fee for this year's Course is £475 including accommodation in College.
(There is also the option this year to attend as a day delegate. The fee will be £290 and will include if necessary one night's accommodation and attendance at one or other social event. Please indicate your options when booking . ) Any queries please contact the course administrator.
Your room will be ready from 1400 on Tuesday, 12th September, and must be vacated by 0900 on Thursday, 14 th September. Luggage can be left in a secure room for you to collect later in the day.
HOTELS
If you decide not to stay in College, but have made other arrangements yourself, we always very much appreciate your letting us know, so that we don't find ourselves paying for bed and breakfast that will not be taken up.
If, however, you do not wish to stay in College, we will do our best to reserve a hotel room for
